The Carnaroli Classico Semilavorato aspires to be the highest quality expression of one of the most popular Italian varieties for risottos. It is obtained exclusively from certified seed and not from other similar ones.

Our processing results in a semi-processed Carnaroli, characterised by a larger grain and denser pasta, which keeps cooking longer and fully releases its flavour, keeping the risotto grainy thanks to the balance of starches.

The Rosa Marchetti is our oldest variety that occupies a historically important place in the panorama of large Italian rice varieties. Belonging to the fine seed group, it was introduced in 1972 by Cav. Uff. Domenico Marchetti.

The scent and pleasant texture make the Rosa Marchetti irreplaceable in the preparation of various traditional recipes: soups and quick risottos. Excellent simply boiled and seasoned with EVO oil and cheese.

A traditional variety of our territory, the S. Andrea is the workhorse of grandmothers in the Vercelli farmhouses.

It has an excellent ability to absorb condiments and best expresses its characteristics in creamy and tasty risottos. In recent years, it has become increasingly popular for the preparation of excellent arancini (rice balls), but it has always competed admirably in the preparation of the typical local dish: the famous Panissa from Vercelli.

The Orange Rice is a new native variety of aromatic brown rice exclusive to Azienda Agricola Eleonora Bertolone. It is a spectacular expression of Italy's biodiversity heritage.

Whole-grain and naturally aromatic red rice 100% Italian and proprietary. Its unique, delicate flavour makes it perfect to serve as a side dish for vegetarian and meat dishes, rice salads, pilaf or simply boiled and seasoned with EVO oil.
