DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Peal the onion and brown it in a saucepan with olive oil and cloves. Combine quick-cooking Orange rice and add the hot broth, cover with lid and bake in oven at 180° for about 16 min.
Once baked, pour rice into a backing-pan adding butter and stir with a fork. In the meantime prepare the garnish: stir fry the savoy cabbage cut into strips, the leek and courgette cut into dice; slice the sausage, crumbs the salami and mix with vegetables.
Boil peas for about 8’ and let it cool down. Roast peppers on a flame, peel and beat it with extra virgin oil, and, if it is necessary, add broth. Stir fry the rice into a saucepan with extra virgin olive oil, blend all the garnish, season with salt and pepper. Dish out and and add green, red and yellow peppers cream..
