DESCRIPTION:

Orange rice is a new native variety of aromatic brown rice exclusive to Azienda Agricola Eleonora Bertolone. It is a spectacular expression of Italy's biodiversity heritage. In the paddy field, Orange rice looks like an ordinary seedling, but once it has been husked, the panicles reveal the secret: grains with a naturally orange pericarp and characterised by a pleasant texture that remain intact and shelled, preserving their aromatic fragrance.
