Fast-cooking Violet rice reconciles cooking speed with quality. Unlike the traditional process, Whole Nori Rice is parboiled already without the inedible outer layers. This is an innovative process that allows the possible modification of flavour by the husk substances to be excluded, maintaining the balance between taste and lightness. Cultivation, dehulling, parboiling and packaging all take place in an area just a few kilometres north of Vercelli, enhancing its local vocation.
