Peal the onion and brown it in a saucepan with olive oil and cloves. Combine<strong> quick-cooking Orange rice<\/strong> and add the hot broth, cover with lid  and<strong> bake in oven at 180\u00b0<\/strong> for <strong>about 16 min<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Once baked, pour rice into a backing-pan adding butter and stir with a fork. In the meantime <strong>prepare the garnish<\/strong>: stir fry the savoy cabbage cut into strips, the leek and courgette cut into dice; slice the sausage, crumbs the salami and mix with vegetables.<\/p><p>Boil peas for about 8\u2019 and let it cool down. Roast peppers on a flame, peel and beat it with extra virgin oil, and, if it is necessary, add broth. <strong>Stir fry the rice into a saucepan<\/strong> with extra virgin olive oil, blend all the garnish, season with salt and pepper.
